What this website processes

Analytics

nerv.no uses PostHog (EU-hosted, Frankfurt) to count page views and understand how the site is used. PostHog records the pages you visit, clicks, your browser type, screen size, approximate location derived from your IP address (country and city), and a random identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits can be counted once. Your full IP address is not stored.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works and what people read (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: PostHog's default, currently up to seven years for event data; we delete older data when we review the project.

Cookies

nerv.no sets cookies and local-storage entries from PostHog only. They hold the random visitor identifier and session state described above; the names start with ph_ and the cookie lasts one year. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies from anyone else. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works the same without them.

Hosting and delivery

The site is served through Cloudflare, which sees the IP address and request headers of every visitor to route traffic and block abuse. Cloudflare keeps request logs for a short period under its own policy. The origin server is operated by NERV AI AS in Norway; it keeps standard web-server access logs for 30 days.

Email

If you write to hello [at] nerv.no or support [at] nerv.no, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and for our records, normally no more than two years after the last message.

What we do not do

• No advertising, no ad networks, no cross-site tracking.
• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• No accounts on this website.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask for a portable copy. Write to hello [at] nerv.no; we answer within 30 days. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Changes are published here with a new effective date.
